GROUP TICKETS - group ticket prices apply to groups of that exact size. Additional people need to register separately. If, for example, 7 people would like to participate from one organisation, 5 people get a group discount and 2 people pay the full price.

* The discounted registration fee is only for full-time undergraduate students. Participants registering as students need to have confirmation of the student status - either your student ID or a letter from your faculty. It is required to upload a picture/scan of the student ID or the confirmation letter at the registration form.
** In order to register a group, please download and fill the group registration Excel table available on the registration form page.


The registration fee includes:

  • Access to the environment so that parallel session presentations can be watched later
