The terms and conditions apply when registering via the registration form on this website. All participation options are listed together with the prices. Information about the items is presented in the registration form and on the other webpages.
All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this website from September 15 2019, until March 31, 2021.
Payments can be made:
- via bank transfer after receiving the invoice - any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Conference participants.
- by credit card, available for Visa and Mastercard users (there is no additional fee);
- or an Estonian direct bank link (bank charges may apply based on the service provider).
Participation in the ESTNDA2021 conference is subject to a fee. Please fill in all compulsory fields and make the selections about your participation. At the end of the form, you will see the total sum of your selections. You can then preview your registration form and submit the registration, then making a selection between payment by credit card or Estonian bank link or to receive an invoice. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will get the invoice via e-mail within an hour after registering. If you choose online payment, you will be directed to website of the online payment service provider Maksekeskus and the invoice will be sent to you automatically after a successful payment. We can only accept euro-payments.
Registration to the conference is binding for the participant. The registration is confirmed when the payment has been received. The fees are to be paid in advance, payment options will become available after successful online registration.

After filling in the registration form, an automatically generated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address inserted in the form free of charge. The e-mail contains a pdf link with the registration data which can be downloaded and serves as a written confirmation. If you chose payment by bank transfer, the invoice will be sent after successful registration. If you chose payment by credit card or bank link, the invoice will be sent after successful payment.
If you notice a mistake in your registration data, please contact the Secretariat at your earliest convenience. If you need some information on the invoice to be changed (e.g. some registration items to be added, a VAT number to be added, the payment deadline extended), please contact the Secretariat. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Should you cancel your attendance at the conference by 1 February, 2021, the participation fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€. Should you cancel your attendance at the conference by 23 March, 2021, 50% of the attendance fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€. In the event of a cancellation after 23 March, 2021, no refund is possible.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks after the conference . Please submit your cancellation to the Secretariat in writing via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, the amount paid and bank details.
Name changes are free of charge, but these need to be reported to the Secretariat via e-mail at least 2 days before the beginning of the conference.
In the case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, epidemics etc.) or any other major events that are beyond the control of the party in question such as governmental or other restrictions, Publicon OÜ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations. Publicon OÜ and the organising committee reserve the right to cancel or postpone the congress, which will bring about a revision of the registration terms&conditions and cancellation terms. The organisers reserve the right not to refund participation fees in full in order to cover organising costs, the proportion of the refund (if at all) will be deliberated by the organisers based on the force majeure situation. All registrants will be notified about updates via e-mail after such decisions have been made by the organising committee. The organisers will not be liable for any costs or damage that might befall the participant in relation to the event being cancelled or postponed or taking place in a decreased capacity.
